Based in Ireland with extensive European travel, you will drive distributor relationships and grow international sales across Germany, Austria, and more.

In return, you will receive a €70,000 basic salary, €700 per month car allowance, and an annual bonus up to €6,000, plus healthcare and pension.

Export Sales Manager, Clinical Sales covering the DACH Region, Medical Equipment, up to €70,000 Basic + €700 PCM Car Allowance + €6,000 Annual Bonus + Healthcare & Benefits. Ireland-based with Extensive European travel. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global, market-leading manufacturer in the healthcare sector, taking commercial responsibility for the wider DACH distributors across Germany, Austria, Hungary, Czechia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Switzerland, and some Balkan nations.

We are looking for an experienced international sales professional who thrives on building strong distributor relationships, developing territories and spending significant time in the field. This highly consultative role represents a respected range of specialist products.

The Role of Export Sales Manager

You'll be responsible for driving commercial performance across the DACH region, working closely with established distributors and their sales teams to increase market penetration and generate new opportunities.

You'll spend around three weeks each month travelling within the territory, working alongside distributor sales teams, visiting end-user clients, supporting customer meetings, delivering product training, and helping progress opportunities to sale.

What We're Looking For

• Based in Ireland, you must also be comfortable travelling extensively throughout Europe.
• You'll be an experienced field sales professional who is comfortable managing a large international territory and working autonomously.
• You must have experience within clinical sales, i.e. sales experience within medical devices, veterinary, dental, clinical equipment or equivalent
• You'll need to be commercially driven, highly organised and an excellent relationship builder who enjoys helping partners succeed.
