Job summary

Barsan Global Logistics (IE) Limited is seeking an Operations Specialist to design and deliver end-to-end international freight solutions (air, ocean, and road) for complex customer supply chains. You will leverage BARSIS for shipment management and advise on regulatory risk with customs documentation.

The role requires strong negotiation skills with carriers, vendor management experience, and fluent Turkish to support Turkish customers and partners across Barsan's global network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing end-to-end international freight solutions.
• Strong knowledge of trade laws, sanctions regimes, and customs codes.
• Fluent Turkish and ability to liaise with Turkish customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of international freight solutions (air, ocean, road).
• Negotiate freight rates and terms with carriers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on regulatory risk and exemption requirements as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and monitor performance metrics.
