Job summary

CSC is seeking an experienced Client Payroll Specialist to join our Danish Client Payroll team, delivering outsourced payroll services primarily to international clients. The role offers significant client interaction and exposure to international payroll environments.

You'll manage end-to-end payroll for Danish clients, ensure accurate data processing, distribute payslips, support salary payments, and build strong client relationships while exploring process improvements and automation

Qualifications

• Experience working in a client payroll, payroll bureau, outsourcing or payroll services environment.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll administration for a portfolio of Danish clients.
• Process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute payslips.
• Support salary payments and payroll-related transactions.
• Produce payroll reports and reconciliations for clients.
• Assist clients with HR-related matters including pensions, absence administration, statutory reimbursements, and payroll compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with high levels of service.
• Participate in onboarding new clients as experience develops.
