MCS Group is partnering with an award-winning organisation to hire a Payroll Specialist to strengthen their payroll team. This role offers hybrid working and opportunities to develop within a globally operating company.

The Payroll Specialist will manage weekly and monthly payroll processing across Ireland and Northern Ireland, handle payroll queries, and maintain accurate records while supporting benefits administration and time and attendance systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in high volume end-to-end payroll processing.
• Experience administering a time and attendance system.
• Experience administering employee benefits.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for weekly and monthly employees in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Address payroll-related queries from employees and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and update the in-house time and attendance system.
• Provide payroll-related administrative support and ensure accurate record-keeping.
