Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment represents a well-established residential developer seeking an Internal Site Manager for a large-scale project in Ratoath, Co. Meath. You’ll coordinate internal finishes, oversee finishing trades and drive homes through to handover.

You’ll work closely with the Project Management team and subcontractors to maintain high quality finishes, schedule trades, inspect workmanship and ensure units are handed over to the required standard.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a finishing foreman or internal site manager within residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of internal residential finishes and sequencing of finishing trades.
• Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple trades on large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee internal finishing works across multiple residential units, ensuring trades are properly sequenced and work progresses efficiently.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades including carpentry, drylining, plastering, flooring, painting and tiling.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure finishes meet required quality standards prior to handover.
• Plan upcoming works with the wider Site Management team and maintain progress against the construction programme.

Our client is a well-established residential developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality housing developments. They are currently looking for an experienced individual to join their team on a large-scale residential project based in Ratoath.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in internal finishes and residential construction who enjoys coordinating trades, maintaining high standards and driving homes through to completion.

Working closely with the Project Management team and subcontractors, you’ll play an important role in coordinating internal works, managing finishing trades and ensuring properties are completed to a high standard and ready for handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee internal finishing works across multiple residential units, ensuring trades are properly sequenced and work progresses efficiently.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades including carpentry, drylining, plastering, flooring, painting, tiling and second-fix works.

• Monitor workmanship and ensure all finishes meet the required quality standards, specifications and expectations prior to handover.

• Carry out regular inspections, identify defects and manage snagging through to completion, ensuring units are brought to a high standard for handover.

• Work closely with the wider Site Management team to plan upcoming works, coordinate trades, resolve issues and maintain progress against the construction programme.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman, Internal Site Manager or similar role within residential construction.

• Strong knowledge of internal residential finishes and the sequencing of finishing trades.

• Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple trades on a busy residential development.
