Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for a Finishing Foreman on a residential apartments project in South Dublin. The role reports to the Project Manager and requires strong finishing skills on high density schemes.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman, a construction qualification, and a proven track record delivering high quality finish on large residential schemes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.
• Proven experience in finishing high density residential projects is essential.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Finishing Experience essential.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager.
• Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Attend and host meetings to update the team on progress.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

About the Company

Industry leading Main Contractor with a reputation for delivering high value projects across the whole of Ireland.

Projects typically valued from €20M - €150M across a range of sectors including data, commercial, hospitality, high rise apartments etc.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any Site Manager to gain experience working on an interesting education project in the Kildare area with a reputable contractor.

This role would Ideally suit someone with 5+ years’ experience managing large scare residential projects with an Irish Main Contractor
