Job summary

A leading main contractor in Dublin 16 is seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee all internal finishing works, drive subcontractor performance and ensure defect-free handovers. This Dublin-based role partners with site management to hit milestones and maintain safety and quality standards.

The candidate will manage finishing teams across high-volume unit handovers, with a focus on quality delivery and coordinated trades on a major landmark project.

Qualifications

• A relevant trade background or construction qualification.
• Proven Finishing Supervisor experience with fitout/finishing.
• Motivate subcontractors and coordinate site teams.
• Experience delivering medium to large scale projects; strong safety/quality knowledge.

A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to join a major landmark multi-year development in Dublin 16.

This is a key site‑based role overseeing all internal finishing works, ensuring high‑quality delivery, smooth coordination of trades, and defect‑free handovers.

Role Overview

The Finishing Supervisor will manage and coordinate finishing activities across the development, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards, in line with programme milestones and health, safety, and quality requirements. You will supervise finishing teams, drive subcontractor performance, and work closely with site management to deliver results across high‑volume unit handovers.

Requirements

• A relevant trade background or construction related qualification
• Proven experience in a Finishing Supervisor role with a strong background in Fitout and Finishing stages
• Confident in ability to motivate subcontractors and work well with them
• Previous experience delivering high-quality medium to large scale projects successfully
• Good knowledge of site safety practices and quality control.
