Job summary

Uniphar seeks an Internal Content Lead for Citywest on a fixed-term contract. You will plan and deliver internal content and colleague engagement that supports priorities across stores, warehouses and Support Office functions.

The role blends editorial ownership with multichannel production, campaign delivery and engagement analytics. You will partner with leaders and subject-matter experts, ensuring accessible, high-quality content and driving informed participation across locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering internal content and employee communications.
• Ability to translate complex information into accessible content for multiple audiences.
• Experience producing content across written, visual and video formats.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and campaign delivery skills.
