Job summary

• Experience producing content across written, visual and video formats.
• Experience planning and delivering campaigns with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver content and colleague engagement aligned with organisational priorities and milestones.
• Create, coordinate and curate written, visual and video content for diverse colleague audiences.
• Lead content campaigns and engagement activities across stores, warehouses and Support Office functions.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals and delivery with stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain content calendars, asset libraries and approval records.
• Gather feedback and use data to improve future content and engagement.
