Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking an Internal Content and Engagement Lead to plan and deliver content and colleague engagement activities across stores, warehouses and the Support Office. You will own editorial direction, multichannel content production and campaigns to strengthen connection and participation.

In this fixed-term role at Citywest Office, you will partner with leaders to translate complex information into accessible content, develop engaging formats and measure impact to improve engagement

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering internal content, employee communications or colleague engagement.
• Strong written, editorial and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex messages.
• Experience producing content across written, visual and video formats.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools.
• Experience planning campaigns with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience using feedback and channel data to improve communications.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and project ownership skills.
• Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver content and engagement activity aligned with organisational priorities.
• Own the day-to-day content approach for colleague communications channels.
• Create and coordinate written, visual and video content across formats.
• Translate complex business information into accessible content.
• Lead content campaigns and engagement initiatives across locations.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals and delivery with stakeholders.
• Maintain content calendars and asset libraries.
• Evaluate reach and engagement and drive improvements.
