Job summary

Inizio Ignite is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to coordinate and deliver strategic employee communications across Ignite and broader Inizio contexts. You will influence leadership messaging, content development and channel strategy in a hybrid setup across Dublin or London offices.

The role requires strong writing, stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to operate across strategic planning and day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications or employee engagement in global organisations.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise content for multiple audiences.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with executive-level materials experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Ignite's internal communications strategy and rhythm across functions.
• Develop and deliver clear communications for priorities, leadership updates and planning.
• Bridge Ignite with broader Inizio communications and leadership materials.
• Create engaging content across channels (email, intranet, Viva Engage, presentations).
• Manage calendars, distributions, templates and stakeholder lists for consistency.
• Measure engagement using data and feedback to improve approaches.
