Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communication strategy: tactical implementation of Site Communications strategy.
• Internal Communications: draft and distribute materials for various channels.
• Content creation: write/edit articles and newsletters for internal audiences.
• Communication channels: manage intranet, Viva Engage, digital screens and email inbox.
• Event coordination: organize town halls and site events with logistics.
• Functional support: assist site committees with communications activities.
• Data Analysis: collect and analyze data to measure effectiveness.
• External Communications: support promo materials for external activities such as Career Fairs.
