Job summary

LSC, Life Science Consultants, is hiring an HR Site Admin & Engagement Coordinator for a Cork-based 24-month contract. The role supports colleagues across Operations and Maintenance and serves as a key on-site contact for HR and colleague queries.

The position is primarily site-based with potential flexibility for a 4-day week for the right candidate, requiring strong HR knowledge, stakeholder management and discretion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations or colleague queries.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent judgement, discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Experience within a multinational environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues across Operations and Maintenance and act as a key on-site HR contact for queries.
• Assist with site administration and engagement activities.
• Coordinate HR-related communications and process improvements on site.
