Job summary

Lilly invites applications for an Internship in QA at its Cork/Kinsale site. The 6-month program starts in March, with 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH, suitable for a BSc in Science or Pharmaceutical Science.

You will assist in documentation, QA systems, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to address quality issues, with focus on GMP compliance.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Science, Analytical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Science or similar.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork.
  • Experience in QA or regulatory affairs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and maintenance of QA systems and processes.
  • Support the preparation of QA documentation, including Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Participate in the preparation for internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the management and archiving of QA records and documents.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines.
