• Support meeting preparation, note capture, and follow-up on action items
• Assist with data collection and organization to support reporting, metrics, and dashboards
• Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, simplification, standardization, and operational efficiency
• Learn how automation, AI, and digital solutions can support business operations in a global environment

The CCSI team supports transformation across business operations, automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled capabilities. The work focuses on helping embed technology-enabled solutions into day-to-day operations, improving ways of working, and supporting measurable business impact across a global organization.

The Intern will support the team with coordination, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement activities related to operational transformation initiatives. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in business operations, project support, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation in a regulated environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the team in maintaining trackers, documents, and project materials related to transformation initiatives
