Stewart Construction, a leading Irish main contractor, seeks an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team on large-scale projects. You will drive commercial performance, manage subcontracts and participate in monthly valuations and cashflow reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a QS role.
• Experience administering RIAI, GCC and bespoke forms of contract.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with clients and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Compile and issue sub contracts.
• Commercial management of sub contractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate and agree sub contractor final accounts.
• Administer provisions of sub contracts on notifications.
• Agree monthly valuations with client’s representative.
• Produce monthly value cost reconciliation and forecasting reports.
• Prepare monthly project payment claims.
• Produce cashflow information for projects.
• Manage change control and negotiate changes.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards compliance.
