Job summary

PharmacyStore in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick, Ireland, is seeking an Interim Duty Manager – Maternity Cover to lead day-to-day operations across our community pharmacies.

This fixed-term, full-time role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and strong team leadership. The role requires five years’ experience in retail management (pharmacy experience preferred) and a third-level qualification in Retail management/Marketing.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in retail management, ideally in a Pharmacy setting.
• Third-level qualification in Retail management / Marketing or Management.
• Pharmacy qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the pharmacy as interim Duty Manager.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Supervising Pharmacist and Head Office on store policies.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and product launches.
