Excel Recruitment is recruiting a Store Manager for a busy pharmacy-focused retail store in Limerick. The role has full P&L responsibility and a salary of EUR45,000 – EUR50,000 per annum, plus pension and bonus opportunities.

You will lead operations, drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and maintain exceptional customer service in a community-focused setting. Flexibility around weekends is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• Ability to analyse performance, spot opportunities, and take decisive action.
• Experience managing multiple product categories and driving sales growth.
• A genuine passion for customer service and community-focused retail.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Highly organised with excellent operational and planning ability.
