Job summary

McCabes Pharmacy in Dungarvan is seeking a permanent, full-time Pharmacy Manager to lead store operations within PHX Ireland’s network.

You’ll take ownership of sales, staff supervision, customer care, and wage budgeting, while identifying growth opportunities and ensuring HR compliance. The role requires a minimum of 12 months of management experience and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
