Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Ireland is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance to lead a period of significant transformation. You will review finance operations across the group, identify opportunities for standardisation and strengthen reporting and controls.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape a more scalable finance operating model and deliver hands-on improvements while maintaining resilience across multi-entity environments.

This is an excellent opportunity to help shape the future finance function of a business undergoing significant change. While initially a 6 month contract, there is potential for the scope to evolve longer term.
