Job summary

Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape a more scalable finance operating model and deliver hands-on improvements while maintaining resilience across multi-entity environments.

• Qualified accountant with strong finance leadership experience.
• Proven track record in process improvement and transformation.
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Review accounting and reporting processes across the group.
• Assess how finance teams are structured and operating.
• Identify opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Strengthen reporting, controls, planning and month-end processes.
• Drive process improvement and solve operational finance challenges.
• Support the ongoing evolution of the finance function.
