Job summary

Total Talent Solutions in Dublin North is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support day-to-day finance, partnering closely with finance, operations and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, and effective business performance management.

You will provide financial insight, support budgeting and forecasting, manage compliance, and help drive informed decision-making across the business.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results and highlight variances vs budget, prior month and year.
• Support month-end activities and coordinate with shared service teams for accuracy.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and oversee treasury and currency management.
• Ensure financial controls and internal processes are followed across the business.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned to objectives.
• Maintain VAT, corporation tax, payroll taxes, and audit compliance.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial analysis and KPI reporting.
• Develop financial models and support continuous improvement and ad hoc projects.

We are searching for a Finance Business Partner to support the day-to-day finance function, partnering closely with finance, operations, and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, and effective business performance management. The role provides financial insight, supports budgeting and forecasting, manages compliance requirements, and helps drive informed decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results and ensure accurate reporting, highlighting key variances against budget, prior month, and prior year.
• Support month-end activities and work closely with shared service teams to ensure accounting accuracy and timely resolution of queries.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and oversee treasury and currency management activities.
• Ensure financial controls and internal processes are followed across the business.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with VAT, corporation tax, payroll taxes, and audit requirements.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial analysis, KPI reporting, and business insights.
• Develop financial models and support continuous improvement and ad hoc finance projects.

Skills & Experience

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across departments.
• Experience working with shared service or international finance teams is desirable.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong working relationships across the business.
