Job summary

Barden | B Corp is helping a fast growing manufacturing business in Ireland recruit a Financial Controller who will own the site's commercial and financial picture, including earnings, costs and investment appraisal.

You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow management, and build financial models for expansions and other projects; you\'ll develop KPI reporting for management and partner with engineers to turn operational data into insight while coordinating month-end and year-end

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA credentials.
• Experience at a manufacturing site or plant.
• Strong FP&A and financial modelling skills.
• Direct communicator and collaborator with operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the site's commercial and financial performance including costs and margins.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and cash flow tracking.
• Build financial models to appraise projects and investments.
• Develop KPI reporting for operational management and Group.
• Partner with engineers and plant managers to turn data into financial insight.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close and controls.
