Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, performance reporting and strategic decision support within a high-performing finance team. This newly created leadership role offers broad influence across the organisation and close collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive performance and evolve the finance function.

Qualifications

8+ years' post-qualified experience.
Strong background in financial reporting, planning, forecasting and business partnering.
Experience operating within a large, complex or international organisation.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across a business.
Commercially minded, curious and solutions-focused.
Ownership mindset and drive to deliver improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of key financial planning and reporting activities across the business.
Partner with finance and operational teams to provide insights on business performance, trends and opportunities.
Support senior stakeholders with analysis and reporting that drives informed decision-making.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of finance processes, reporting capabilities and systems.
Play a key role in a range of business improvement and transformation initiatives.
Deliver ad hoc analysis and support strategic projects as required.
