Barden | B Corp is seeking a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This role sits at the heart of finance, owning the month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations and statutory reporting while driving process improvements across the group.

You will present finance insights and variance analysis to senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions, lead statutory audits, and strengthen controls across international operations.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years post-qualification experience in industry.
• Proven track record of driving process transformation.
• Highly organised and detail-focused in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate.
