Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland, seeks a Deploy Experienced Analyst - Production Logistics to drive deployment of production logistics capabilities within the Transcend SAP S/4HANA program. The role covers validation, testing, data readiness, cutover, deployment and hypercare, aligned with the global template and regulated operations.

You will partner with Deployment Leads, Process Owners, site SMEs, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations and IT teams to deliver robust logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum four years in production/logistics, warehousing or ERP deployment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP EWM in manufacturing contexts.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on expertise in production staging, replenishment, material issue/return and kitting.
• Ensure end-to-end process alignment across SAP S/4HANA, EWM, MES and related systems.
• Translate site requirements into clear business requirements, tests and deployment actions.
• Lead testing, data readiness, cutover planning and hypercare activities.
• Maintain master data governance and support continuous improvement of the global template.
