Accenture's The Dock in Dublin seeks an experienced Interaction Designer to shape intuitive digital experiences and services. You will translate complex business needs into meaningful interfaces, prototype ideas and contribute across research, design, and implementation with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes human-centered design, collaboration, and experimenting with new technologies, including Generative AI, to deliver impactful solutions.

Competenze

• Qualification in Interaction Design, Product Design, UX/UI Design or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong interaction/UI/UX design and service design principles.
• Experience using Figma to create wireframes, UI designs and interactive prototypes.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Generative AI design tools.
• Solid understanding of human-centered design, interaction design and rapid prototyping.
• Experience contributing to the design of digital products, services or user experiences.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, developers and stakeholders.
• User-focused and client-oriented approach with ability to deliver measurable value.
