Job summary

Accenture plc, The Dock in Dublin, is seeking a Senior UX Designer (Associate Manager) to collaborate with product teams, researchers, engineers and stakeholders to design human-centred digital products. You will shape experiences across discovery to implementation, embracing AI-enabled possibilities and accessibility.

A strong portfolio is required, and you will contribute to multidisciplinary teams, run workshops, and advocate for usable, inclusive design while delivering high‑quality outcomes

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in UX/Product/Interaction design.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving.
• Experience delivering digital products from discovery through implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences from discovery to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
• Conduct and translate user research into concepts, prototypes and recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions and design reviews with clear rationale and feedback incorporation.
• Partner with development teams to ensure quality implementation and consistency across experiences.
• Explore innovative applications of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, with accessibility and usability at the core.
