Job summary

FBD Insurance in Naas is seeking a Sales Advisor to drive personal lines, Agri and commercial insurance sales, while delivering outstanding customer care and supporting the local Sales Office.

You will focus on achieving individual sales targets, handling queries, maintaining product knowledge, and building relationships with clients and the local advisor network; you will also participate in office duties and cross-functional tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent required; third-level qualification is a plus.
• Desirable APA/APP/CIP or Grandfathered accreditation with support to obtain.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively achieve individual sales targets including upsell and cross-sell of Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial Business.
• Handle customer queries and refer unresolved/technical queries as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company systems and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges and regulatory requirements.
• Support other Sales Offices and participate in office tasks as required.
• Develop relationships with the local Financial Advisor network to improve service delivery.
