Responsabilidades

• Provision of a high standard of service to existing and new customers to meet the required level and FBD’s customer care ethos.
• Delivery on agreed targets for new business and retention through selling and retention skills.
• Execution of policy amendments efficiently to meet customer expectations.
• Optimise cross selling opportunities to generate referrals and growth across channels.
• Handle a high volume of calls effectively, meeting call answering objectives.
• Collaborate with team colleagues to achieve overall targets.
• Ensure all systems and procedures are followed as laid down by the company.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial product ranges and compliance requirements; complete relevant industry qualifications.
• Carry out duties as management may require.
