Job summary

ARAG is seeking an Operations Executive based in Dublin with hybrid working. You’ll join a busy, supportive team where no two days are the same, taking ownership and switching between tasks while managing competing priorities.

From day one you’ll receive full training and a clear path towards an APA qualification in insurance over four years, with exposure to customer service, admin work and invoicing processes across motor breakdown and broker accounts.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and accurately taking information to pass onto various team members.
• Liaising with Operations Manager and the Team in relation to all admin work.
• General office duties including post, acting as a first point of contact for answering telephones both switch and legal advice calls.
• Managing stationery control and distribution.
• Dealing with couriers – keeping logs up to date and checking invoices.
• Work as part of the team to ensure our Motor Breakdown account is documented, validated and sent for payment within appropriate timelines.
• Credit Control and Accounts – dealing with broker accounts, issuing statements on a monthly basis, issuing and preparing invoices and managing incoming invoices and ensuring payments are made. Management of petty cash receipts and payments.
• Assisting with specific sales campaigns.
• Liaise with Account Executives / Managers as required.
