Job summary

360 Search is seeking a Personal Insurance Adviser in Ireland to guide clients on suitable Personal General Insurance products. You will handle new business enquiries, deliver accurate quotations and assess client needs to provide optimal cover, including renewals.

The role requires APA qualification (or CIP progress) with 1+ year in personal insurance, and offers a hybrid working arrangement with performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in personal insurance enquiries for new or existing customers.
• Hold an Approved Product Adviser (APA) qualification in Personal General Insurance and/or progress towards CIP.
• Skills include Personal Lines Insurance, Motor Insurance and Home Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide best guidance to clients on suitable personal insurance products.
• Handle new business enquiries and process quotations.
• Assess client requirements and offer appropriate cover solutions at renewals.
• Issue and amend renewals, handle mid-term adjustments, and manage admin tasks.
• Ensure compliance standards are met across all processes.
