Job summary

RECRUITERS in Ireland is supporting a leading Irish insurance broker as they expand their Personal Lines team. You will manage renewals, MTAs, and client queries while driving retention and cross-selling across Personal Lines products.

The role starts on-site for six months, then moves to a hybrid model. Salary is €30,000 - €34,000 with a 10% bonus, plus 24 days annual leave and a pension; Stamp 4 or EU citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• APA qualified or at least 1 APA exam (from the III)
• Personal Lines insurance experience or general Irish Insurance experience - a must
• Stamp 4 or EU Citizenship - a must
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-care skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Knowledge of Relay is an advantage

I’m supporting a leading Irish insurance broker as they expand their Personal Lines team in Ireland.

If you’re working towards your APA and thinking about a change, this could be a great move. The role is an on‑site for the first 6 months, and then moves to a hybrid model.

The team is hiring across most of Ireland, including: Cork Galway Dublin Letterkenny Donegal Waterford Tipperary (and a few others depending on where strong candidates are based)

They’re open to speaking with both fully qualified (APA/CIP) and part‑qualified candidates who have started their exams and want a company that will support them through the rest. Salary will align with your qualification level and experience.
