Job summary

Howden Ireland in Clonmel is seeking an Administration Executive to support the team in all administrative matters and progress within the department. This role is fully office-based and offers growth toward an insurance qualification (APA) within 12 months.

You will assist Account Executives with submissions, data input, document handling, and finance tasks, while maintaining compliance and efficient diary management in a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Follow best practices to serve the client's best interests.
• Assist Account Executives with administration and support tasks: submissions, data input, scanning, issuing documents, mid-term adjustments, finance, and routing calls.
• Liaise with Credit Control on finance issues as required.
• Prepare daily post for collection.
• Provide weekly updates on post arrears.
• Adhere to Compliance as outlined in Employee Handbook and Procedures Manual.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policy.
• Manage diary effectively to support customers, compliance and quality.
