Job summary

Based in our Clonmel office, Howden Ireland is seeking an Administration Executive to support the team with a range of administrative tasks and to progress within the department. This role is fully office based.

You will handle submissions, data input, scanning of documents, post management, and assist with finance and client communications while aiming to progress toward an Account Executive level and pursue an APA in Personal General Insurance within 12 months.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous experience in an administration role desirable.
• Aptitude for learning and progression within the team to Account Executive level.
• Willingness to work towards insurance qualification (APA) within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Follow good practice to serve the client's best interests at all times.
• Assist Account Executives with administration: submissions, data input, scanning, document issuance, mid-term adjustments, finance, and post handling.
• Liaise with Credit Control on finance issues as required and prepare daily post for collection.
• Provide weekly post arrears updates and maintain effective diary management for compliance and quality.
