Howden Ireland is seeking an Administration Executive to support the team in Clonmel. The role is office-based and involves handling submissions, data input, document handling, and diary management to keep clients and accounts running smoothly.

Candidates should be well organized, capable of working on their own initiative, and willing to progress toward an insurance qualification (APA in Personal General Insurance within 12 months). Prior admin experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Follow good practice to ensure the client’s best interests are served.
• Assist Account Executives with administration and support functions: submissions, data input, document handling, mid-term adjustments, finance, diary management, and screening calls.
• Liaise with Credit Control on finance issues.
• Prepare daily post and provide updates on arrears weekly.
• Adhere to Compliance and Health & Safety policies.
