Alchelyst is seeking an Associate for its Institutional Client Services Team in Wexford. You will manage end-to-end investor onboarding, LP transfers, and data quality across CRM systems and Investor Portal platforms.

You will coordinate with Sales, Fund operations, and external administrators to deliver accurate, timely investor services. You will build expertise in Alchelyst's e-subscription and portal technologies, support capital calls during fund closings, and respond professionally to

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
5+ years in financial services, investor services or investor relations.
Experience reviewing alternative fund-investor subscription documents.
Experience managing an e-subscription, document management and Investor Portal Platform.
Experience in managing fund-investor CRM data.
Excellent engagement with investors and clients.

Mansioni

Execute end-to-end investor onboarding and LP transfer workflows with internal stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy of investor data within the CRM system and maintain data quality.
Prepare procedures and documentation to support operating models.
Collaborate with technology teams to improve data integrity and reduce manual work.
Develop expertise in e-subscription, Investor Portal and related platforms.
Support investor activity during fund-close periods and capital calls.
Assist in audit confirmations and respond to investor inquiries with accuracy.
Work with the global client service team to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
