Job summary

Alchelyst in Wexford seeks an Associate to join Institutional Client Services. You will execute investor onboarding and LP transfers, handle investor inquiries, and support investor data quality initiatives across our private markets platforms.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in financial services, with experience in CRM data, e-subscription, and Investor Portal platforms; you will collaborate with Sales, Fund Operations and external administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• 5+ years in financial services/investor services.
• Experience reviewing alternative fund‑investor subscription documents.
• Experience managing an e-subscription, document management and Investor Portal Platform.
• Experience in managing fund‑investor CRM data.
• Demonstrated experience in engaging with investors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end investor onboarding and LP transfer workflows with stakeholders.
• Maintain investor data integrity in the CRM and manage data workflows.
• Prepare procedures documenting the client service operating model.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve data controls and reduce manual work.
• Develop expertise in e-subscription, Investor Portal, and related platforms.
• Support fund-close periods with accurate documentation and timely processing.
