Our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Senior Associate to join a market-leading Structured Finance & Capital Markets team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions involving securitisations, structured finance products, capital markets issuances, fund financing arrangements and other innovative financing structures.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing transactions, maintaining client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the practice. The role offers the chance to work with leading domestic and international financial institutions, investment managers, corporate issuers, arrangers, originators and investors on complex financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes and structures.

The Role:
- Advise Irish banks and non-bank lenders on the securitisation of residential mortgage portfolios, auto loan portfolios and other asset-backed transactions.
- Advise international banks, financial institutions and corporate clients on a wide range of structured finance transactions involving Irish "Section 110" companies.
- Advise private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds and other institutional investors on the establishment of direct lending platforms and a broad range of credit and financing transactions.
- Advise managers, arrangers and investors on CLO transactions and related financing structures.
- Develop innovative structuring solutions for private equity sponsors, institutional credit providers and asset managers, often collaborating closely with specialist teams across Investment Funds, Tax, Corporate and Regulatory practices.
- Advise on a wide variety of fund finance transactions, including subscription line, NAV and hybrid facilities.
- Provide strategic advice on regulatory considerations affecting structured finance and capital markets transactions in conjunction with colleagues in the Financial Regulatory Group.
- Take an active role in client relationship management, business development initiatives, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice.
The Person:
- Qualified Solicitor.
- Significant post-qualification experience, typically 5+ years PQE, gained in a leading law firm with a strong finance practice.
- Demonstrable experience advising on structured finance, securitisation, debt capital markets, fund finance or related financing transactions.
- Strong technical, drafting and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent commercial judgement and a client-focused approach.
- Capable of managing workstreams independently while collaborating effectively within larger transaction teams.
- A commitment to mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
