Job summary

IT Search has partnered with a growing Irish business to find a Customer Insight Analyst to join their marketing team. This is a brand-new role as the business moves towards a data-led, personalised approach to marketing.

You’ll sit between Marketing, Data and CRM, turning customer behaviour and predictive insight into practical campaigns, customer journeys and next-best-action strategies. You’ll own behavioural segmentation and customer insight, using propensity and predictive analytics to

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and customer analytics experience.
• Exposure to segmentation, propensity modelling, predictive analytics, CRM or personalisation.
• Python is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own behavioural segmentation and customer insight.
• Use propensity and predictive analytics to drive customer activity.
• Develop personalisation and next-best-action strategies.
• Analyse campaign and customer journey performance.
• Drive a strong test-and-learn approach.
• Work closely with Data, CRM and Marketing teams.
