Job summary

EY in Dublin seeks a Manager for Strategy and Transactions - Government and Infrastructure to drive strategic advisory, procurement and financial analysis for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will work with public and private clients across Ireland and internationally, supporting business cases, risk reviews and complex transaction execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, client engagement and development of robust financial models within a dynamic professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified with ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with proven relevant and transferrable work experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client focus are important, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advice and business planning for infrastructure and related projects.
• Procurement advisory for public and private clients on asset procurement models.
• Oversight and management of infrastructure assets including financial performance and reporting.
• Mergers, buyouts and disposals in the infrastructure sector.
• PPP advisory for procurement and funding of infrastructure assets.
