Job summary

EY Ireland is seeking a Strategy and Transactions professional to join our growing Dublin team. You will work on global, high-profile engagements within a market-leading SaT practice, supporting due diligence, financial analysis and deal structuring.

The role offers strong development opportunities, the chance to lead workstreams, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across EY globally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Commerce or equivalent
• ACA/ACCA qualification
• Current experience in transaction financial due diligence at a manager level
• Ability to attend the Dublin EY office several days a week

Responsibilities

• Analyse the financial and operational results of target companies.
• Review historical and pro forma financial information to identify trends impacting funding needs and deal value.
• Lead client deliverables, including Excel databook analyses, reports and presentations.
• Project manage deal workstreams and coordinate with EY teams across Ireland and internationally.
• Collaborate with specialists on accounting issues affecting transaction valuation and structuring.
