• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong client management.

Infrastructure Corporate Finance Advisory (All Levels) | Dublin

An established professional services firm is expanding its Infrastructure Advisory team in Dublin to support a growing pipeline of major infrastructure, real estate and public-private partnership projects.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with senior leaders and clients on a range of high-profile infrastructure mandates, taking responsibility for delivering analysis, developing recommendations and supporting clients through key stages of major projects and transactions.

The role will provide exposure to areas including:

• Infrastructure strategy and strategic advice
• Business planning and business case development
• Procurement and commercial structuring
• Public-private partnerships (PPPs)
• M&A, acquisitions and disposals
• Financial and operational performance of infrastructure assets
• Major infrastructure and real estate projects

You will work with both public and private sector organisations and collaborate with colleagues across different areas of advisory, finance and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

You will ideally have:

• Experience working with and reviewing financial models
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills
• Experience across infrastructure, PPP, corporate finance or transaction-related projects
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the drivers of financial performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client management and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
• An interest in developing business development and relationship management capabilities

You will gain exposure to major infrastructure projects, complex transactions and senior public and private sector stakeholders, while working alongside experienced professionals across strategy, finance, economics and transactions.
