Ernst & Young, Dublin, is seeking a strategic Executive in Strategy and Transactions – Infrastructure. You will work under senior leadership to deliver advisory services on major infrastructure projects, including structuring, financing, procurement, and governance across public and private sectors.

The role focuses on strategic advisory, business planning, and complex financial analyses, requiring ACA/ACCA or equivalent and a track record in infrastructure or corporate finance advisory.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent with proven relevant work experience
• GAAP/IFRS knowledge and strong financial accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and client focus
• Strong leadership and relationship management abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on diverse matters tailored to each client
• Lead business planning and business case development for infrastructure projects
• Advise on procurement strategies for infrastructure assets
• Oversee and manage financial and operational performance of assets
• Support mergers, buyouts and disposals in the infrastructure sector
• Deliver PPP advisory services and client-facing insights
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality, risk, and timely delivery
