Re:Cycle Reverse Logistics Ireland Limited, a part of the AWS ecosystem, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead complex facility projects across green-field and retrofit programs. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, develop BRDs, and drive on-time, within-budget execution while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven reporting, and clear communication with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end projects independently.
• 7+ years in project management, portfolio or construction management.
• 5+ years handling large-scale MEP/infra projects.
• Lifecycle experience from design to hand-off.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, commissioning, controls and networking.
• Independent work style with strong stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic programs and initiatives for RRL facilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and 3rd party firms on scope and deliverables.
• Develop BRDs and robust project plans with timelines and KPIs.
• Lead monthly business reviews with metrics and narratives.
• Manage procurement and contracting documents and vendor relations.
• Escalate issues and balance business vs. technical constraints.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
