Job summary

You will coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning, vendors, and operations stakeholders to ensure documentation, processes, equipment, and support structures are in place before handover. This is a cross-functional program within data center operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology deployment projects or supporting IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical and operational teams.
• Experience driving projects from planning through execution.
• Strong understanding of critical infrastructure, data center facilities, and site turnover.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition of new data centers into Operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and Operations.
• Ensure all operational readiness activities are completed before handover.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Maintain communication across all project phases.
• Review designs, identify operational risks, and drive remediation.
• Support onboarding of new Operations teams and mobilization activities.
• Review O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and warranty documentation.
