The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in project financial management. Salary is circa €100k – €120k, with benefits including a pension, bonus, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years’ experience in a Commercial Manager role.
• Strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial management of projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and review tender submissions and contract negotiations.
• Manage the preparation of accurate valuations and applications for payments.
