Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd seeks an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer for a hybrid Dublin-based contract. You will manage on-prem and Azure infrastructure, including VMware, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, while supporting ITIL-aligned incident handling and security improvements.

Your background should include 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, strong Windows Server and networking skills, and experience with patches and cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering or technical operations experience.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP skills.
• Solid experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Good working knowledge of Azure infrastructure and security tooling.
• Experience with VMware, storage and backup technologies.
• Sound understanding of networking, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing and switching.
• PowerShell scripting and certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-800 would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a methodical, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking, identity and RBAC.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Look after Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and device compliance through Intune.
• Act as the escalation point for complex issues passed up from first and second line support.
• Handle incidents, problems and changes within SLAs, following ITIL processes.
• Apply patches, fix vulnerabilities and help put Zero Trust security controls in place.
• Support migrations, upgrades and cloud modernisation projects.
• Look for ways to automate and simplify, and keep runbooks and documentation up to date.

We're looking for an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer for an initial day-rate contract of 6 months. It's a hybrid role based in Dublin, joining a busy IT operations team that keeps a mixed on-prem and Azure estate running smoothly while the business moves further into the cloud.
