Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline; ~5+ years in infra engineering/ops.
• Strong Microsoft infrastructure and cloud experience.
• Certs desirable: Microsoft 365 Admin, Azure AZ-104/AZ-800, ITIL Foundation, CISSP (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
• Monitor performance, capacity and availability; improve reliability.
• Handle patching, upgrades and configuration changes per change processes.
• Assist with cloud migrations, modernisation and Azure adoption.
• Support security with Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access and Zero Trust.
