Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search, in partnership with a Financial Services firm, is hiring an Information Technology / Security Operations Officer for our Dublin operation. The role will report to the Head of IS to help develop and maintain IT and information security processes and to support the Group's technology services.

You will manage IT service continuity, IAM operations, vulnerability management, and third-party risk, while translating complex technical topics and coordinating with line managers

Qualifications

• Candidates should have solid IT and information security knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and routine work alongside urgent issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical topics for a broad audience.
• Experience in ITSM processes and governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• IT operational support and end-user communications for applications and shared services.
• Support IT change and adoption activities and IT service provider collaborations.
• Manage third-party applications via ITSM processes and assist Business Owners.
